Dumplings
2 to 2-1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cake yeast
3 slices bread, toasted in butter
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk, heated?
Raise 2 hours. Makes 2 big or 3 small.
Boil 14 to 20 minutes in salt water.
