As to why they’re assorted, I guess you decorate them differently?

Quick Assorted Drop Cookies
6 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
- Cream butter, add sugar and beaten egg.
- Mix in vanilla and milk slowly.
- Sift dry ingredients and add.
- Drop by small spoons-ful on greased baking pan allowing for spacing.
- Bake in a moderate oven at 375 deg. F. about 20 minutes.
