2/3 cup sugar
2 cups flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Sift dry ingredients and add others.
To make crumb for top, mix 2 Tbsp. hard butter, 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 cup flour, also 1 tsp. cinnamon, and put on top.
Bake 20 minutes in a hot oven.
