Potato Wine
4 big potatoes
2 oranges
2 lemons
Put through food chopper.
Add:
1 gal. warm water.
4 lbs. brown sugar
1 cake of compressed yeast. Stir every day for 7 days, then strain and add 1 box of raisins.
Let stand 7 days, then strain and put in jugs.
Hmmm. potato wine vs vodka?
