Pie Crust

Using lard and a food processor.

From the box of C.C. from Ceres, California.

Pie Crust — use Food Processor

3/4 c. lard
2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk

Mix flour, sugar, salt together; add lard, lemon juice, egg yolk to mixture.

Pat into pie plate.

Do not roll.
