Coconut Nuggets

Coconut, wheat germ, honey and nuts.

I’m going to go ahead and suggest you use this as a dessert and not the desert the card suggests. Although they do look like they’d be dry.

From a box sold in Chicago, Illinois.

Coconut Nuggets

1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. wheat germ, toasted
1/2 c. natural fine coconut
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together. Let stand one half hour, then press in round balls and roll in coconut.

These are better after they stand for a day.

Use as a dessert.
