Noodles 2

The second of two noodle recipes in this box.

The baking powder would make these swell slightly when cooked, which might be a nice effect if serving as a side with with pork or in soup.

  • 1 c. flour
  • salt
  • 1 t. baking powder

Drop into 1 egg, stir in with a fork. Add 2 egg shells of cream.

Roll out parchment thin.

Roll up and cut.
