Pot Roast with Vegetables

Another slow cooker recipe.

From a box sold in Columbiaville, Michigan.

Pot Roast with Vegetables

3-4 lb. roast
potatoes, peeled and sliced – 3
onion, peeled and sliced
carrots — 3, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste

Cook on low 10-12 hours.

Yesterdish suggestion: Despite my idol Jacques Pepin’s feelings about ‘Chateau Faucet’ being underutilized, I’d still use stock instead of water.
