I bet this makes amazing french toast.

From the box of D.E. from Maumee, Ohio.
Pumpkin Bread
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
Blend oil and sugar on medium and beat in eggs one at a time until light; add pumpkin and blend. Sift dry ingredients together and add to above; beat on low until well blended. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake 350 deg. 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes in pan; finish cooling on rack.

Dear Yesterdish.com, Please check the amount of flour used in the Pumpkin Bread recipe from the box of D.E. , Maumee, OH, from the Kitchen of G.M. the hand written card says 3 c. sifted flour (perhaps cups?) and the typewritten recipe has 3 oz.
