From the box of D.E. from Maumee, Ohio.

Hot Peppers

Small amt.    
1 qt. 2 qts. water  
Bring to boil
2 cups 1 qt. vinegar
1/2 cup 1 cup barrel salt


Wash peppers and put in can. Cool brine and pour over peppers in jar. Seal.
