Cocktail Cake

With a coconut and nut icing.

Cocktail Cake

2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (#2 can) cocktail fruit

Mix together and place in large greased pan. Bake at 350 deg. 30 minutes. While cake is still hot, pour over icing.

Icing

1-1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 stick oleo
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup [canned?] milk

Bring to a boil and add 1/2 cup nut meats and 1 cup coconut.
