Broccoli Casserole

Made with Velveeta and Ritz crackers.

From the box of Evia Marie Sands of Louisville, Kentucky.

Broccoli Casserole

2 pkg. broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick butter
Ritz crackers

Partially cook broccoli. Drain well.

Melt cheese with 1/4 stick butter.

Put layer of broccoli and layer of cheese. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter (not much). Repeat layers and top of Ritz crackers (crumbled) and dots of butter.

Bake at 350 deg. to 375 deg. for 30-45 minutes until brown on top.
