Sort of a deviled egg made using salad dressing.

Salad Eggs
Boil eggs hard. When cool remove shells and cut across neatly with a sharp knife. Remove yolks and mash thems mooth and mix them with a good salad dressing. Return this mixture into the whites and place the halves together.
Lay each egg on a fresh lettuce leaf.
