Born in a Barn

But still, don’t leave the door open.

From a box sold in Chicago, Illinois.

Born in a Barn

A man in a bar became became very annoyed when another man left, leaving the door wide open, and shouted after him angrily, “Would you shut the door–were you born in a barn?”

The other man–upon hearing this remark–returned and, laying his head on his arms, began to cry shamelessly.

The first man stood it as long as he could, then walked over and put his hand on his shoulder. “I’m sorry, I really didn’t mean to hurt your feelings.”

Second man: “You didn’t hurt my feelings–as a matter of fact, I was born in a barn, and every time I hear a jackass brae, it makes me homesick!”
