Almond Milk Gravy

Almond butter, soy butter, and vegan flavoring.

Almond Milk Gravy

Brown 3 rounded Tbsp. whole wheat pastry flour.

Liquify the following:
1/2 tsp. vegetable salt
4 Tbsp. raw almond butter
4 cups water

Add the browned flour.

After liquifying, pour into (fryer?) and stir constantly until thickened, then add 3 Tbsp. Chef Bonneau’s Aminotone, 1 Tbsp. Sally’s Spread.

Serve over entrees, potatoes, rice, millet, etc.
