Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream

Agar, strawberries, honey, and soy milk.

We discussed agar a little on the post for soy vanilla ice cream.

From a box sold in Chicago, Illinois.

Strawberry Ice Cream

1 tsp. powdered agar
2 cups mashed strawberries
1-1/2 cups honey
1/2 cup water 6 tbsp. lemon juice
3 cups soy milk

Whip strawberries and soy milk. Add honey, lemon juice, and a sprinkle of salt and whip again. Whip agar in water and bring to boil. Then whip all together and freeze. Other berries or apricots can be made in the same way.
