Comeback

A man traveling on a very slow train could stand the snail’s pace no longer and complained profusely to the conductor.

“Well, if you don’t like it, why don’t you get out and walk,” the conductor replied sarcastically. The man was quick with his comeback.

“I would, but my friends aren’t expecting me till train time.”
