Marge’s Carrot Salad or Veggies
5 cups carrots (2 lb.); sliced, cooked to just done
1/2 cup minced onion (1 med., chopped)
1 small green pepper, sliced
Dressing:
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup white or wine vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
Marinate for at least 12 hours. Serves 12. Keep for days.
May serve hot or cold.
