Pumpkin Pie for Two Pies

Different proportions than the other pumpkin pie recipe in this box.

Pumpkin Pie (for two pies)

3 cups (1 can) pumpkin
2 cups — rich milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt (1 tsp.)
2 T. butter or substitute
4 eggs

2 [presumably, times two?)]

  • (crossed out: 1/2 t. cloves)
  • 1/2 t. nutmeg
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon

Bake in hot oven 425 deg. about 20 minutes. Finish at 400 deg.
