Blueberry Dessert Roll

Blueberry Dessert Roll

2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. milk
1 c. fresh or frozen, thawed berries
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Combine biscuit mix and milk. Roll into 1/2″ thick rectangle. Sprinkle berries and brown sugar over dough, leaving 1″ uncovered around edges.

Seal lengthwise seam of dough tightly by pressing with fingers. Seal ends well and fold under.

Place roll seam side down in greased 9x5x3″ loaf pan. Make 4 small openings in top for steam to escape. Brush with melted butter.

Bake at 400 deg. 30 minutes. Serves six.
