Noodle Pudding

Sort of a sweet kugel. I’m not a fan, but if you like this sort of thing.

From a box sold in Columbiaville, Michigan.

Noodle Pudding (as written on the card)

Cook 8 oz. pkg. of broad noodles. Drain + toss w/ 2 T. butter.

Add:
1 crm. cott. cheese (sm. curd)
1/2 c. sour crm.
1 c. applesauce
2 beaten eggs
2 T. sug.
1/2 t. cin.

Variations: cherry pie filling, apricot preserves, or other fruit can be used in place of applesauce.

45 min. – 350 deg.
