Remoulade Sauce


From a box sold in San Antonio, Texas.

Remoulade Sauce

1 1/2 pts. mayonnaise
1 pt. Zatarain’s creole mustard
3 oz. finely chopped celery
3 oz. finely chopped white onion
1/2 pt. salad oil

Whip all ingredients together or mix thoroughly in a blender or food processor until smooth.
