Stuffed Squash

Can anybody read the title of this recipe?

From a box sold in San Antonio, Texas.

S Quash O [something?]

6 slices bacon
6 zucchini squash
6 yellow squash
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 [cup] finely grated swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 [cup] dry bread crumbs

Cook bacon until crisp in medium skillet. Drain on paper towel. Reserve 2 Tbsp. fat.

Hollow out squash into canoe shape. Set aside. Discard seeds and pith. Chop remaining portion and saute in bacon fat 5 minutes.

Preheat oven 350 deg. Blend beaten egg with heavy cream. Add cheese, salt, nutmeg, pepper. Crumble bacon and sauteed squash.

Spoon 1 tsp. dry bread crumbs into each squash. Spoon mixture to each, filling to edge. Place in shallow baking dish in a 350 deg. oven. Pour 1/2 c. water [into pan].

Bake 20 minutes or until soft.
