Peach Sauce
6 c. fresh sliced peaches
1 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Combine peaches and water in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Cool.
Combine peaches, sugar, and cinnamon in blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Serve over cake.
