Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Cream:
- 1 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
Then add:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix well. Then stir in:
- 3 c. oats
- 1 c. raisins or chocolate bits
- 1 c. chopped nuts
350 deg., 10 to 12 minutes.
