Apple Crisp
About 2-1/2 lb. apples (peeled, cored and diced)
Mix and reserve for top:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
Sugar, butter, margarine and cinnamon for layers.
350 deg. for about 40 minutes.
Butter 9″ pan. Layer apples. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup sugar, sprinkle some cinnamon and dot with butter, then another layer apples, etc., etc.
Pat topping over last layer and bake.
