Creamed Cauliflower

With bechamel.

Creamed Cauliflower

  1. Prepare the cauliflower by removing leaves and cutting away any blemishes.
  2. divide into florets.
  3. Soak in salted water 1/2 hour.
  4. Cook in boiling vessel until tender. Use water enough just to cover.
  5. Make white sauce.
  6. Combine cauliflower with sauce, season; reheat and serve.
