Soy Cornbread

Soybeans, sesame seeds, and cornmeal.

From a box sold in Chicago, Illinois.

Corn Bread

1/2 cup dry soybeans (soaked overnight), or 1-1/3 cups soaked beans
2 cups water
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1-1/2 cups cornmeal

Liquefy soybeans, sesame seeds, salt, oil and honey with part of water. Put in bowl, add remaining water and cornmeal. Mix and bake 35-45 minutes at 400 deg.
