Lemon Butter 2

A second, richer lemon sauce for dessert. The first is here.

From the box of L.S. from Joplin, Missouri.

Lemon Butter

3 eggs
2 yolks
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 T. grated rind
1/3 c. butter

  1. Beat eggs and yolks slightly, add rest
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickens. Cool.
