Lemon Butter
3 eggs
2 yolks
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 T. grated rind
1/3 c. butter
- Beat eggs and yolks slightly, add rest
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thickens. Cool.
