Pecan Drops

A gluten-free drop cookie. Although I doubt that’s what Mrs. Jones had in mind at the circle at Mrs. Rombolds.

Drop Cookies

1 egg white (beat well)
1 cup brown sugar (beat in sugar)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecan meats chopped

Bake at 250 deg. on foil
Drop cool

Yesterdish suggestion: I’ve seen 350 deg. for 10-12 minutes; I’m not sure what to make of 250.
