Chocolate Pudding
2 T. cocoa
2 T. flour (heaping)
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. milk

Use whole milk; and yes, based on the proportions, I’m pretty sure the author of this card meant tablespoons of cooca and not teaspoons.
Whisk together flour, sugar, and cocoa (yes, I’m aware these are dry) in a cold saucepan. While whisking, slowly add milk. Turn heat to low; stir till pudding thickens.
It wouldn’t hurt if you finished with a teaspoon of vanilla, or some butter or cream.
