Cranberry Crush, Pineapple Egg Drink and Orangegg

In case you wanted to drink some more eggs, Rocky Balboa.

From a box sold in Columbiaville, Michigan.

Cranberry Crush

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 t. salt
1/4 c. frozen lemon concentrate
1 c. orange juice
2 c. cranberry juice
2-3 drops red food coloring

Beat eggs, sugar and salt until thick and lemon-colored. Add juices and blend. Pour over cracked ice.

Pineapple-Egg Drink

3 1/8 c. pineapple juice
7/8 c. eggs
3 T. sugar

Orangegg

24 oz. (4 – 6 oz. cans) frozen orange juice concentrate
2 qts. + 1 c. cold water
12 eggs

Yesterdish reminder: Use pasteurized eggs. Or, I don’t know, don’t drink lots of eggs. That’s an option too. Let’s keep that a solid plan B.
