Party Mix

Meanwhile, 49 years ago today, Mrs. Lunt shared this snack mix recipe. It’s Chex mix, minus garlic, plus Cheerios. And possibly Cheetos.

I’m not at home at the moment, so I couldn’t do a proper scan of this recipe. But I also couldn’t miss being able to upload this on the anniversary of when it was written. Many of the recipes in this box are dated, so I’m going to do my best to share them accordingly.

I’m not actually sure the last word says “Cheeto.” If it does say that, however, it means crunchy Cheetos, as the puffed kind weren’t introduced until 1971.
