Something like a cobbler, except it’s flipped to unmold it.

Peach Flip-Over
1 1-lb. 14 oz. can sliced peaches (well drained)
2 c. biscuit mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
Line 8″ square pan with foil; allow foil to extend over edge of pan. Spread peach slices on foil. Combine biscuit mix, sugar and cinnamon.
Add all the milk and stir with fork to make soft dough. Beat 20 strokes. Turn out on sourface floured with biscuit mix. Knead 8 or 10 times.
Place dough between two sheets of waxed paper and pat to an 8″ square. Place dough on peaches.
Bake in 450 deg. [oven] 14-18 minutes.
Turn out on plate. Serves 6.
