Basic Coffee Cake
2 c. biscuit mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
Beat 3 min.
Apricot Swirl Coffee Cake
1 c. apricot jam
1 1/2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 Basic coffee cake recipe
Combine jam, juice and rind. Spread 2/3 batter in 9″ round pan. Alternate jam mixture and batter. Run knife through to give marbled appearance.
