“Bake 30 minutes” is awfully conclusory, since we don’t know how much cornbread batter is involved. I’d guess 375 or 400 degrees, regardless.

Mexican cornbread

Into plain cornbread mix, add:

One large chopped onion
2 cups grated cheese
1 can green chiles
1 can pimentos
Bacon drippings

Bake 30 minutes.

Yesterdish suggestion: Follow the instructions on the cornbread mix for time and temperature; if you’re making from scratch, try 375 or 400 deg.
