More like serves one, amirite?!

From a box sold in Louisville, Kentucky.

Six eggs, beaten separately
1 cup sugar
1 pt. whisky
1 qt. of heavy whipping cream

Separate eggs and beat yolks until light.

Add two thirds of the cup of sugar and beat. Slowly add whisky, beat all time. Set aside.

Beat egg whites stiff, not dry. Beat in rest of sugar, then slowly pour the whisky-sugar-egg yolk mixture into the whites, folding it in gently. Next whip the cream and fold into eggnog mixture.

Serves six.

Ok…I really like this one! I’m hoping the pint of whisky will offset any danger from the raw eggs.
