Baked Fudge
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
Cream eggs and sugar. Add butter. Sift flour and cocoa and add to mixture. Add nuts and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9″ x 12″ pan. Set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 325 deg. for 45-60 minutes or until crusty on top and soft inside. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
