Francis’ Cole Slaw

You can freeze and always good. Don’t sound like it but is best I’ve ever tasted.

1-1/2 lbs. of cabbage, I zip zip in blender
Whip 1 cup whipping cream and add
1/3 cup vinegar and
2/3 cup sugar.

Can add carrots and green peppers if you wish and if I don’t have real cream I use canned milk (not Carnation). I think it has [something?] to it. I like A&P or IGA.

Funny, you’d think freezing would make it like mush but it doesn’t and is so very good. Don’t sound like right proportion but is!! Of course now the real cream does give a better flavor and Francis always whips hers before adding.
