Brown Sugar Fudge
2 Tbsp. oleo
1-1/2 c. brown sugar
1-1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. corn syrup
Melt butter in candy kettle.
Stir in sugars, add cream and syrup and mix well. Heat slowly until boiling, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Boil to medium ball stage. Sprinkle dash of salt over and and cool, beat until creamy.
