Pecan Sticky Buns
5 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine, divided
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
4 Tbsp. light molasses
1/2 cup pecans
Roll half the dough into a rectangle 11 x 16 inches. Brush top half of dough with 1 Tbsp. butter. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and raisins, and sprinkle over dough. Roll up as for a jelly roll, rolling from the 16 inch side. Cut into 16 slices. Combine the remaining butter and sugar, add molasses and pecans and divide between two 9″ round pans. Place 8 rolls, cut side down, in each pan. Let rise about 1 1/2 hours, or until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
