Saucy Cube Steak
1 (3-4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 envelope Stroganoff sauce mix
1/2 c. frozen chopped onions (12 oz. bag)
3 Tbsp. butter
6 cube steaks or minute steaks
1 c. (8 oz. carton) dairy sour cream
Drain mushrooms and add water and wine–stir in Stroganoff mix until well blended.
