Esther’s Cookies
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 sticks oleo
1 c. oil
1 egg
Mix well.
3-1/2 c. flour?
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tps. cream of tartar
Sift.
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Mix in; chill. Roll in balls. Press down with fork. 350 deg. Bake 12 minutes or light brown.
Set in pan a while before taking out. Fragile while hot.
