Aunt Helen’s Apple Coffee Cake
2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 lb. butter
Cream together. Set aside 1/2 cup for top.
To remainder add:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 grated apple
Bake in 9″ pan (325 deg.) for 35 minutes. (Metal pan.)
