Homestyle Meatloaf

With the traditional pork, veal, and beef mixture.

Home-Style Meat Loaf

1-1/2 lbs. ground round
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/4 lb. ground pork
2-1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs (5 slices)
1 cup finely chopped onion (1 large)
2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
3 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs

Blend and press into 9 x 5 x 3 pan.

Bake 400 deg. — 50 to 55 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
