Zucchini Casserole
2 strips diced crisp bacon
1 lb. ground beef; cook till browned
1 zucchini, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
3 quartered tomatoes
1/4 cup celery, green peppers
oregano to taste
Cook 20 minutes; add bacon.
