Creamed Cauliflower
- Prepare the cauliflower by removing leaves and cutting away any blemishes.
- divide into florets.
- Soak in salted water 1/2 hour.
- Cook in boiling vessel until tender. Use water enough just to cover.
- Make white sauce.
- Combine cauliflower with sauce, season; reheat and serve.
