Made from eggs, lemons, and cornstarch.

Lemon Pie
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 tsp. butter
Mix cornstarch, sugar, water. Cook two minutes. Add eggs, butter, rind, and juice of lemon.
Bake in one crust.
