2 cups seeded raisins
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoonfuls cornstarch
2 Tablespoonfuls lemon juice
1 Tablespoonful grated lemon rind
Juice of 1 orange
1 Tbsp. orange rind
1 cup chopped walnuts
Cook until thick and bake between two crusts.
