Coconut Candy

With powdered sugar, egg white, vanilla and lemon extract.

Coconut Candy

Mix 4 cups powdered sugar, 1 egg white and 4 tablespoons water; then add 1 cup coconut, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and one half teaspoon lemon extract.

Beat until stiff. Mold into balls. Set away to harden.

Yesterdish reminder: This would be a good time to use pasteurized eggs.
